Alcohol License Trading for Tourism Business Sector

Description

You need a license to sell alcoholic beverages on your premises.

If you are a bar or restaurant owner in Bali, you must obtain this license based on the alcohol content of the beverages you sell.

The alcohol categories based on their content are as follows:

• Beverages with an ethanol content of 1-5% are categorized as alcoholic beverages of Group A,
• Beverages with an ethanol content of more than 5% up to 20% are classified as alcoholic beverages of Group B,
• Beverages with an ethanol content of Group C contain ethanol of more than 20% up to 55%.

Requirements to obtain Alkohol License :

• Supplier letter from the distributor
• valid residence permit of the responsible person
• valid company permit,
• and Passport.

Each alcohol group requires a specific license for sale, and the attached prices indicate the cost for each license per group.
